1st comment has gone un-replied. It's evident to me that some players under the seri petaling resident category infact were not our residents. I am not sure how shall we prevent this from happening again.
On top of it, can we get our system in order 1st? Because the comment has gone without replied.

I noticed that some non Seri Petaling non residents had registered as a Seri Petaling resident category, rather the OPEN category in the 2009 tournament.
What are the preventive measures this year? Or are there Seri Petaling resident category?

Please report to us if you know anyone that go against the competition rules. I will make a note to the organisers verify that they everyone is in the right group. We will not hesitate to disqualify cheaters. :)
Preventive measure: Check against ID during when we accept the registration form.
