These drain cover thieves are scum bags.

The thief got the nerve to ask me whether I want to buy the drain cover.

You may wonder, why didn't I report to the police. When the thief asked, "Hello, mau tutup kah?" (while pointing to the ground.) At that time, I thought he was asking for covering the front pouch with tar. I declined. It was 2 days later, I realized the drain cover was stolen. The thief was actually asking me to buy a drain cover.

Average height, medium build, look like a Malay and spoke Bahasa. He will ring your door bell and ask if you want to buy drain cover.

These are things you can do:
Report to police and talk to him until the police is here.
Bring your camera phone, pretend to be talking on the phone and snap his picture.
Lock down your drain cover now!
File a report in nearest police station for statistic sake.
