On the Feb 1, 2008, Zone L started the security service. Subsequently, Zone L sub-committee initiated the dialog with Chief Inspector Mazlan (Ketua Balai Petaling) to discuss security issues. Mazlan reported crime rate for Zone L in the past. We hope with formation of the security, Zone L will be crime free. Response from the residents is encouraging, soon we should be able to cover every road in this zone.
今年２月１日，Zone L 也开始了一项新的保安服务。自此以后，Zone L区委会带领该区居民与八达岭警局局长马斯兰招开对话会，探讨该区的保安情况。马斯兰将历年在该区发生的犯罪案件向区委会及居民简报。Zone L区委会希望保安服务的成立能加强该区的治安，使该区拥有零犯罪率。此服务获得了该区居民的热烈反应。
